3D CT Scan and Specialized Guided Implant Software
The current emerging standard of care in dentistry and dental implantology is the use of three dimensional x-ray studies. The 3-D images allow the doctor to collect the needed and highly valuable diagnostic information to best plan and deliver dental and surgical care.
Cone Beam imaging delivers quicker and easier image acquisition a typical scan takes only 20 seconds.

The patient benefits from less radiation as well as the comfortable, open environment. Aside from the physical comfort of this system, the doctor can share a visual diagnosis with patients, making them more comfortable with their treatment plan and actively participate in their care. The speed of the scan and the immediate results allows the doctor and patient to better communicate the aspects of a case.
Formlab 3D Printed Surgical Guides
Our Planning Software allows us to plan implant cases based on Cone Beam or CT data and to obtain precise drilling templates for use during implant insertion. It allows us to determine the optimal implant position, taking the existing bone as well as the planned prosthetical position into account.
The next step is to export the digital model into our in-house Formlab 3D desktop printer, which instantly prepares it for printing. Recent developments in 3D printing technology, software development and computing power allows us to create a 3D high resolution printed guide which we use for precise implant placement.
Dental Jet Spray Tooth Polishing System
We use an advanced dental jet spray device for final cleaning and polishing of your teeth. The device acts much like a miniature pressure-washer and removes stains from tobacco, coffee and other-hard-to-clean substances. It cleans in tight areas that ultrasonic scalers and hand scaling instruments cannot access.
Our electrosurgery device uses electrically generated energy passed through a tiny surgical tip to precisely sculpt gum and other soft tissues. Electrosurgical incisions immediately seal the tissue as it is worked on. This stops bleeding, prevents infection and makes the procedure minimally invasive. Electrosurgical incisions generate little to no pain after they are made and heal quickly.
Panoramic Digital X-rays
Much like a panoramic picture, the Panoramic X-ray (a full mouth X-ray), provides a full view of your entire oral cavity!
The Panoramic X-ray is a single picture of all your teeth and surrounding bones. It provides a 2D panoramic view of your entire mouth rather than just a couple of teeth at a time, an excellent alternative to the tiny pictures we has to piece together to see a complete set of your teeth. What this means to you as a patient is that there is greatly improved information for the doctor and can see much more than with traditional Xrays, thus allowing better diagnosis and treatment to you as the patient.
The Panoramic X-ray also exposes parts of your jaw that can’t be seen with traditional dental X-rays.
Low Dose Digital X-rays
Dental x-rays (Radiographs) are essential, preventative, diagnostic tools that provide valuable information not visible during a regular dental exam. Digital Radiography is a type of X-ray imaging that uses digital X-ray sensors to replace traditional photographic X-ray film, producing enhanced computer images of teeth, gums, and other oral structures and conditions. This allows the doctors to get a much better view of your teeth and any potential dental conditions. The digital imaging software obtains a number of different views of your teeth to gain the best understanding of your situation and develop the most appropriate course of management.
Digital sensors are more responsive than film so that much less radiation is required to produce a digital image.
Through technology, our patients can work together with our dentists to have healthy gums and beautiful teeth. With the Intra-Oral camera, you can see for yourself what work needs to be done on what teeth. This amazing miniature video camera produces clear and accurate pictures of all your teeth. You will enjoy making informed decisions together with our doctors, creating a bond of teamwork.
Intra-Oral Camera Lets You See for Yourself
Laser Dentistry offers you the opportunity to have a safe, anxiety free dental experience, without drills and scalpels, and in most cases, without anesthesia. The laser acts as a cutting instrument or a vaporizer of tissue that it comes in contact with in surgical and dental procedures.
Laser Dentistry uses laser energy and a gentle spray of water to perform a wide range of dental procedures – without the heat, vibration and pressure associated with the dental drill. The laser beam sterilizes the affected area and seals off blood vessels, which minimizes the chance of infection or bleeding. Patients are also much more comfortable during and after treatment with laser therapy.
The Cavitron® Ultrasonic Scaler is a dental hygiene tool that uses high frequency sound waves to disinfect and clean teeth. The state of the art instrument has proven to be a very successful tool in removing tartar from both above and below the gumline. Instead of scaling the teeth with bulky hand scalers, the Cavitron® Ultrasonic Scaler uses oscillating sound waves to gently vibrate the tartar away from your teeth. It is so gentle that it can even be used for deep cleaning and gum therapy without the need for anesthesia. It is a safe effective and painless alternative to traditional cleaning methods.
Growth Proteins for Tissue Regeneration
Dr. Anzalone uses an advanced formulation of growth proteins to help stimulate the regeneration of new soft and hard tissues. This advanced formula has been clinically proven to regenerate gum and bone tissue that has been lost to gum disease. Use of these proteins reduces the need for surgery in many cases and lessens post-treatment discomfort after it is applied.
