Dr. Jeffrey Anzalone is a native to Northeast Louisiana and Ouachita Parish. He graduated from Neville High School in 1992, Northeast Louisiana University in 1996 and Louisiana State University Dental School in 2000. His education continued with a one-year General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Biloxi , MS. From there, he attended a three year residency in Periodontics from Louisiana State University (2002-2005). Dr Anzalone returned to Northeast Louisiana to begin private practice in 2005. In 2006, he obtained his Board Certification and maintains his status as a Diplomat of the American Board of Periodontology.
