Meet Our Staff

Rebekah Anzalone, RDH

Rebekah graduated from LSU School of Dentistry in 2000 and began practicing dental hygiene in New Orleans. She moved to Monroe to begin practicing at Anzalone Periodontics in 2005. She stays current with many hours of continuing education and is an active member of the Louisiana Dental Hygienists Association and the American Dental Hygienists Association. Rebekah is an active member of the Monroe Jr Garden Club and many other activities. She enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family. Dr Anzalone and Rebekah have two wonderful boys, Brooks (5) and Benton (3).

Donna Cascio

Donna has many years experience in chairside dental assisting. She is so personable and friendly. Donna is terrific at making your appointment as comfortable and relaxing as possible. She is also trained as a phlebotomist making her more qualified than the average assistant, and she prepares our patients for IV sedation. She began working at the practice in 2006 and enjoys riding horses, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.

Ashley Tettleton

Ashley is an excellent member of our dental assisting team. She will assist with many procedures and helps to make your visit an enjoyable one. She enjoys hunting, shopping, and spending her free time with her friends and family.

Alice Wollerson

Alice began at Anzalone Periodontics in 2008 as our Financial and Patient Care Coordinator. She provides the most professional and friendly patient/customer service and is eager to help in any way. Alice has two children, Jason and Kimberly. She enjoys collecting Mickey Mouse memorabilia, attending classic car shows, and playing with her Shi Tzu, Tony. Alice and her husband, Billy, are active members of New Chapel Hill Baptist Church in West Monroe, LA.
